Remarks

The admission process was smooth. I got a waitlist no. of 343. Earlier I didn't expect this opportunity to be converted. But it got converted. There were some extra marks for women candidates and graduates from IIT/NIT. I benefited from this. There is no sectional cutoff.

Course Curriculum Overview

MBA is a very popular course. It has great placements. I feel MBA due to its classroom discussion, case studies, and diverse peer group will improve my team skills, communication skills and provide me knowledge.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is around 10 lakh in total. Which is around many IIMs. The placements are much better than new and middle generation IIMs. So the ROI is quite high. There are four semesters and fees have to be paid before the beginning of each sem.

Campus Life

Life is amazing at DMS IIT Delhi. There are many committees. There is a rule that one person can be at max part of one committee, so almost everyone gets a chance to be part of one committee and learn a lot of things.

Interview Experience

Yes, there was a personal interview in which the professors of DMS IIT Delhi interviewed the students. the interview process was very smooth. The professors were very interactive and asked general business and HR questions.

There is a separate placement cell for on boarding companies to the campus. Students are eligible for sitting in the placement during the final semester of the course. The average package around 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 Approximate 50 to 60% student get placed from the campus

Placement Experience:

The university provide both the internship and placements opportunities to the students. For summer internships the companies start visiting the campus after 4-5 months from joining the college and everyone is eligible for that. The 2 month summer internship is mandatory for every student. And for final placements companies visits in the last semester of the course. The highest package for MBA is 23 lakhs and average package is approx 7-8 lakhs. The placements rate is approx 70-80% In terms of ROI college is good.

Curriculum of this college follows almost all the important aspects which are needed to step into the real world of business. In every semester there are two types of subjects. One is practical and the second is theory. In 4th semester their subjects like statistics, managerial economics and financial accounting which will really help us to understand the business world. And in theory subjects like marketing, human resource management, organizational behavior are very important. Study is mainly focused on case study basis which helps how we can apply these concepts in the real problems.

IIFT:- THE MOST UNDERRATED BSCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY

Placement Experience:

The placements of IIFT DELHI are at par with some of the old IIM's like Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode. Iift is beast when it comes to finance and marketing. Every major international bank and every hedge fund visit the campus for recruitment. Also IIFT caters to some trade companies that only recruit from this college and don't visit any other campus in India. Last year 102 companies visited the campus , the median package was around 26 lakhs and average was around 27 lakhs. Highest package stood at 85 lakhs. And 100 percent placement was achieved. I'll be most probably going for working in a bank or a hedge fund after the degree
