IIM L Review

Admission to the tests is determined by CAT scores, of which I scored in the 99.8%ile. The WAT and PI rounds were both open to me. The placement services it provides students shocked me. Only on the college's website did I apply for the course. To submit the form, I filled out my information and paid a Rs 1,900 application cost.

The two-year curriculum consists of a diverse set of courses and activities that immerse students in the realms of academia, research, and practice. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:5, which implies that for every five students, one teacher is allocated. This campus' faculty members have substantial academic and industry experience. Almost all of them have a doctorate and have attended top universities. Exams are challenging, and we must put in a lot of effort to pass them.

Summer placements at IIM-L were excellent, with major recruiters such as Amazon, Accenture, BCG Deloitte, and others. The highest CTC was 2.5 lakh, with a CTC of 1.1 lakh being the average. Most placements were in sales and marketing, followed by consulting and finance.

The IIM-L is well-known for its excellent placement statistics. 100% placement. For IIM-L, the average CTC was Rs. 26 lakh. Companies came from a variety of industries, including operations, IT, finance, general mgmt, sales, and marketing.

The IIML charge is around 200000, with a very significant return on investment. The institute offers financial aid to those in need and helps students meet specific academic criteria. In addition, IIM-L has partnered with numerous institutions to offer students lower interest rates on loans.

The IIM-L campus life is fantastic, albeit I haven't had the opportunity to visit for a long time. The social life is fantastic since there are various groups and committees that let students collaborate and come up with creative ideas. The books are available in both print and electronic formats, and the content is fairly decent. IIM-L is hosting a classical Aorohan culture night.

Though I did not have the opportunity to stay in a hostel for a long period of time, the IIM-L hostel is excellent and reasonably priced. There are attached and non-attached rooms available. The meal is adequate. Hostels may accommodate up to 750 students. Students can also choose to share rooms.

Because of the covid scenario, there was no GD this time, and the entire procedure was conducted online. IIM faculty conducted the interview, which focused primarily on current events and some general hygiene topics. The interview was not very stressful, but it was thorough. To prepare you for the need to be well-versed in current events.
