Remarks

because I wanted to relocate and wanted to explore new Punjabi culture and environment and I found there a peaceful and calm environment. the faculty staff was too humble and provide every facility to students which they needs.

Course Curriculum Overview

as I mentioned earlier that the every staff was too helpful in unuveristy they always did help to every students regarding their acdemics regard their fee structure their online procedure. The facility staff a little bit strict but it's necessary for the students.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 42000 per year

Internships Opportunities

yes I have opted internship in Noida HCL for 6 months. The stipend was 3000 rs every month for the interns but they provided good skills regard our internship.

Placement Experience

the placement comes from top industries like ibm ,hcl,Microsoft, hyatt, redission, oberoi. its all depends on the students how they are prepared for the placements but mostly students got the placement.

College Events

the campus life was so good. everybody could interact with anyone from any department. they used to organize events every month and they took care of every security reasons. They invited celebrities in every events.

Fees and Financial Aid

yes the college offered scholarships and discount for needy students. the students took loans on the behalf of study structure and college staff did helped them to get a secured and sufficient loan according to their study.

Campus Life

the infrastructure was too excellent. the academic buildings are so good and well equipped with all the accessories like smart class ,projectors , live screening ,live meetings , practicals rooms everything was so clean.

Hostel Facilities

The infrastructure was good but there was only fans allowed in the room. and sometimes in summers it was too hot that's the weak point for hostel infrastructure. But the food was good and the mess staff was too polite and good.

Hostel Fee: INR 40000 per year

Great exposure, Learning and Placements at CU- A well rounded experience

Placement Experience:

I am a recent graduate in computer science with specialization in artificial intelligence and machine learning. i took admission in CU just because of their excellent placements for the computer science students and what i feel is during my journey they provide i'll not say 100% placements that they guys claimed but yes the placement is really good. the average package is of 7-8 lpa and they offered placements globally like in hyderabad, pune, banglore, noida that are considered as best places to work in IT sector. but in my last year i.e 4th year i have been offered a position of software engineer intern in gurugram and that was off campus so i grabbed that opportunity. and there is one policy of chandigarh university if you opt for off campus placement then you get debarred from the TPP campus placements of chandigarh university and you will not be able to sit in the campus placements of chandigarh university. rest overall the campus placement is good.

A journey towards my dreams

Placement Experience:

A placement facility is provided by the college. There are special classes for students so that they get prepared for the placement drives and interviews. Eligibility criteria are different for different companies, the minimum is 60%. Various companies like Amazon, and Wipro visited our campus and the package is based on the companies. The average package is 4-5 lpa.
