The admission process was really precise and straightforward. I took the cat and applied for XIME went to Delhi for the interviews. Had 2 rounds GD and PI. After a few days, I received an email about my selection.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course of really good my major was Marketing and my minor was Business Analytics. The facilities were really qualified both academically and had real-life corporate experience. A major part of the course is to discuss case studies and summer internships.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like EY, Geojit, ABB and ICICI comes for internships. Several students find internships on their own and once the internship is over students submit their resports and present it to their batch based on which they receive their scores
Placement Experience
Placements start right after the 5th Trimester. The placement process takes place in Bangalore. In my batch, the highest package was 12 LPA and the lowest was 4.5 LPA. All kinds of companies come like Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HP, Zomato, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The course is fairly affordable. I received an education loan of 7.5 Lakh. Another 2.1 lakh was required for the hostel. 1.2 lakhs I received as a scholarship and the rest I paid by doing different live projects.
Campus Life
We had a yearly festival called Quest. With regards to amenities we had 2 hostels, each room had only 2 occupants and it had one bathroom which was being cleaned regularly by the staff. We had a sports ground, library, computer lab, gym, etc.
Hostel Facilities
Rooms had 2 occupants. Each room had one bathroom which was being cleaned on a weekly basis. Each room had 2 bed, 2 desks and tables. Mess was serving really healthy, hygienic and wholesome food to all of us.
Interview Experience
It's been almost 5 years. But there were just 2 rounds GD and PI. They checked our communication skills, experience, and critical thinking. GD topics were very specific to the Indian economy and new business trends.
