Package of IT branch is pretty good and in campus many good company are coming. All faculties are good but few of them are very good and few of them are not. All faculties have very good qualifications from very good colleges Now incovid pandemic period only end semester are held online and mid semester are taken in form of quizzes like average of 5-6 quizzes

In MNNIT the intership opportunity are more ad compared to other colleges especially in software field. Alot of companies visited to hire pre final year students for internship like visa, Goldman Sachs, Walmart, RBs and many more . Not everyone in the branch get intern but if you are competent enough there are no lack of opportunities.

First of all, let me tell you that MNNIT Allahabad has rank 2 among all the NITs in terms of placement after NIT Warangal. This year CSE department got the highest placement of 36 lakhs with an average of 12 -14 lakhs and 90 percent of the students were placed. Last year, highest was 45 lakhs . Companies like Google, Samsung, Oracle, Adobe, IBM , Accenture, Amazon , HCL,OYO and numerous others have visited. There were as many as 237 companies this year.

Campus is decent Ambience is quite dull. Climate is hostile for people hailing from other parts of the country. Mess food is good. Lack of fun places to visit. Faculty is mostly average. Competition is quite good ( especially in CS & IT). Seniors are very helpful. Zero percent Ragging. Placements are good. Lots of talented people to get inspired. Hostel rooms are ok but 3 new 14 floor hostel are about to ready in 4-5 months Internet (LAN) available in hostel rooms with speed reducing drastically with number of users. Ample of opportunities if you are talented( in any field).

In room they provide 1. 1 big almirah and 1 small almirah 2. One study table and chair and one lamp 3. One single bed. Mess fees is 15000Rs of one semester. Mess food is good and sometimes it's just eatable. Menu is good all 7-day the meal is different except potato. Hostel fee is also fine
