I had applied to different courses, like law or architecture. But I didn't pursue the above said courses as NIFT gave me a better opportunity to dive into different streams and more interesting perspectives. There was no rejection from any college. There is an entrance exam for B.Des- which consists of 2 written tests - creative aptitude test and genetal aptitude test, followed by a situation test and then admission counselling. You have to clear the NIFT entrance exam first and then get qualified and then atend the situational test.
