Remarks

If you apply through cap rounds then you have been scored a minimum of 85 percentile in MHT-CET. The application form fees are different for different category students, so I am from the OBC category so I have been charged 600 rs. to fill the application form.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well, I have chosen the computer science and engineering course because I love coding and want to make a career in the technology field so I choose this course and also this college provides a CS lab for coding and friendly nature teachers. Teachers are also excellent because they explain very deeply and ask every student for dought in student mind. For students' betterment, they also take exams and the difficulty level of this exam is medium.

Most of the companies visited in this college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI, COLLABERA, etc. The average package in this college is around 4.71 lakh and the highest package goes around 11.50 Lang by Infosys in 2020.

If you take admission in this college by CAP. then the fee structure is different for different category students. I am from the OBC category so college fees for me are 55,000/year. And I don't know about scholarships provided by college or not.

The overall campus of this college is good and also has a brilliant water view, they also provide a library for study and also all type of book are available in this library if you want civil, A.I., machine learning, cs, etc all types of books are available.

Sem 6 is considered preferable for the college placement many students starts getting placed from that, many companies like wipro, mahindra & mahindra, tcs, capgemini, etc. visits each year to the college each and every students gets atleast a offer to them few also gets more than one like 2 to utmost 3 also,750+ students got offered at the final year of 2023 if we include internship offer than it goes more than 1200, in campus highest package was 12lacs off campus was 62lacs, (85%)+ of the students gets placed each year in the college. After i get degree i would try for college placements and would also focus parallely for the off campus placements too, and ofc wherever i will get the highest placement i would go for it.

This college has a very big Alumni network. Because this college is started in 1982. And its highest package is 300000 and its average package is 4.5 lakh. And the graph of placement increases year by year.

Beginning of new journey

The Admission worries were many in the beginning. I wanted to get Admission to Computer Science & Engineering branch only. When I heard about P R Pote Patil College of Engineering & Management, Amravati, I discussed it with my parents and visited the college's website. The application form for admission is available on the college website along with the Fees. The admission schedule is displayed regularly. The eligibility was normal 12 passes with min. 50% and MH-CET entrance non-zero scores. The college follows all regular reservations as per government rules. The admission process is hassle-free with the college. Needy students are supported sometimes by the management. Other branches are also good in the college but as I scored well in the MH CET I took admitted to Computer Science and Engineering Branch.
