IIT Kanpur is one of the prestigious universities in the country that catches the student's attention by offering integrated B.Tech-M.Tech course for the students. Students who enroll their names in the college don't have regret in later.

Course Curriculum Overview

Integrated B.Tech-M.Tech degree is actually the degree that has no need for twice admission at PG level. This is giving the students a better advantage in terms of duration and opportunity. The course also helps students in landing faster jobs.

Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement of IIT Kanpur concludes with 59% of recruitment. There are more than 800 job offers and the highest CTC is Rs 82 LPA. Companies like Lupin, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Ford, HDFC Bank, etc are some key recruiters of the institute.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The tuition fee is taken as Rs 1 lac per semester. Rs 31,000 is taken as registration fee, examination fee and other expenses fee.

Admission

B.Tech admission of the university requires JEE Main/Advanced as an entrance exam after 12th pass qualification. There is no need for admission to the PG level for this integrated course.

KNIT SULTANPUR IS A GOOD COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement after 6 th semester and at the starting of 6 semester students start getting ppo i.e pre placement offers and other things . This year many companies have visited here like wipro,hcl,etc and the average package is 8 lpa and percentage of students placed are 15 to 20 percent.

A good choice for quality education and career growth

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 6th and 7th semsester the college has a dedicated placement cell that organise training sessions resume building workshops mock interviews and aptitude class to prepare students for placement Many companies visit the campus every year , including IT and sevice based comapnies . The most common roles offered are software developer technical support, data analytical and trainee enginer. The avaerage package can go upto 7 lakh while the highest package can go upto 52 lakhs . Around 70-80% of students get placed through campus drives while other opt for higher studies , internships or off campus job . The placement process is smooth and well organised bh the college. After completing my degree , i plan to either secure a good job through campus placement or improve my skills for better off campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Generally, in the 7th semester, students sit for placement. Some top recruiters of our college are Samsung RnD Noida, Samsung Delhi, Axon, Bajaj, Xceedance, TCS, etc. The placement ratio varies from branch to branch in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering almost all students got placed with an average of 6-7 LPA, in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology branch 70-80% students got placed with an average of 11-12 LPA and highest of 35 LPA.

I choose this college becouse of its flexible acdemic structure and its great Alum connections. Also this is the best college i am getting according to my rank and my interest in mathematics. I have Applied for IIT delhi in electronics. IIT Delhi is also a great college but when it comes to academic focus IIT delhi lacks there. Also there faculty administratation is so strict. if a student wants to start something or he/she has a new iniative for the college , he/she will face hard time. So I couldn't make it to IIT Roper CSE branch because my jee adance rank is not that great for the Roper' Computer science. So the Admission process here at IITK is not difficult. You just the originaly document which you have submitted in your josa counselling portal and you need to verify it once here usually a couple opf hours work. I chose IIT Kanpur over othe rcooleges because of its academic reputation, research opportunities and strong alumini network. I was also able to get seats in other IITs but I preferred IIT Kanpur due to its legacy . I didn't face rejections, but did not opt for some colleges even after qualifying due to lower research output, weaker placement stats.
