Remarks

Our college is spread in around 10 acres of land, the infra is not to that standard, there are adequate playgrounds but you will be disappointed overall with the infrastructure. The good thing though is studies and academics overall are really good. There are very good lecturers and staff. There is not much about campus life though. A mix of the local and north crowd is usually seen. The labs for mechanical students are good. you will get enormous exposure through industrial visits and various seminars. The placement overall is very tough. you have to get through a lot of criteria.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty is good. There are 5 teachers for every 100 students. Most of them are highly qualified .most of them have masters and PhDs. Term exams are strictly followed and passing them depends entirely on your preparation. Papers are not very tough but you have to study to pass. It's no cakewalk

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement cells look after placements. You are eligible from the 6th semester many companies like Tata, Amazon,flipkart have visited and hired. Highest package was 14 lacs offers by Amazon. Not everyone gets placed. Nearly a 40percent of people only get placed. I have planned to do m.tech afer my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees increases every year during, my time it was nearly 160000 for management quota.but now it has increased. I didn't receive any scholarships but qualified students can avail them. There was no financial assistance . And I got no job in the campus.

Campus Life

Ther are two annual fests. One was conducted by the CSE department and the other by the mechanical department. The library is pretty good, you can avail a number of books from curriculum to general studies. Our classrooms are outdated the typical high school classrooms. There is a good hockey team coached and managed by students but apart from that, there is nothing good about sports on our campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are pretty good there are 4 main hostels two for girls and two for boys .rooms are spacious and modern, There are facilities of ac in some rooms. Food is average with both veg and nonveg options.

Hostel Fee: INR 92000 per year

Placement Experience:

Student become eligible for campus selection in their third semester like I in the sector semester will have someone internships where students will get to know about the industry they will work for many companies in internship and then they will be eligible for the interviews in the 4th year itself like the last two semesters the companies visitor in BMS College of engineering Amazon Google Microsoft and top companies all that all the most top companies because the strength of VMS College of engineering + killed students are very high percentage of students getting placed is like 7030 as in the 30% many of them of 2 highest teddy and some of them do research and other stuff so I would say 70% of them get placed and 30% of them do highest studies place do business and other stuff like star startups mostly I also do higher studies in doing MBA or masters in other fields of interest if I get a good placement I will do job for 1 hour 2 years and then do highest studies

The college with good staff!!

Placement Experience:

From 8 8th semester, students become eligible for the campus. The companies like IT companies offer made. The highest package is 6 lakh and the lowest package is 3 lakh. 25% of students are selected for the campus. I plan to work at google company.

I choose this college over others is that as per my ranking this was the college I got and there were other options but the place where this college is situated has its own advantage. We will not have to bother about any transportation as such As per today's market trend we will have the placements more of sales role in each and every college So even here we have the same .
