Remarks

Our college Is very big and we usually face problem while going from one department to other. It would have been very nice if electric rickshaws are provided to travel inside the college campus of Dtu. We will be less tired when we head out for our homes

Entrance Preview

I took IIT JEE and I got 144 marks in that exam. I chose this college as its ranking is in 10 ten engineering college of India. I also had more options like ip and du but I preffered it over them.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am a student of automobile engineering and I love my field as it is also my field of interest. Here we study about the recent aspects of automobile engineering.

Internships Opportunities

I did Internship in my second Year at Delhi metro railway crop. And got so much to learn from there about how metro works and there mechanical aspects

Placements here are very high and students Here have great opportunity of jobs. Annual packages sometimes go about 1cr.

There are some very big festivals that are celebrated in our college like troika, innova and our official engi fest.

Hostels are very big spacious and hostel mess is very good I also eat sometimes there

I actually don't know about any scholarships and haven't taken any loan.

Ratios is about 80 girls for every 100 boys. We have big workshops and a large number of societies that participate in a very large number or competitions

DTU FROM A FRESHER'S PERSPECTIVE

Placement Experience:

DTU has one of the best placements records among engineering colleges.Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester.Top companies like google microsoft ,qualcomm,airtel visit the college every year with many offers.the highedt package often go above 1 cr for cs/it while the average package around all other branches stay around 12-15 lakhs

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

Placement Experience:

After internship season gets over, placement season starts with starting from 7th semester. At the start a lot of good product based companies visit and gradually the package offered start decreasing. The placement season lasts for full one year and around 90-95% students get placed. Highest package - 80LPA (Atlassian) Average Package - 20LPA Some top companies which visit on campus - Google, Microsoft, Apple, Atlassian, Sprinklr, NVIDIA, Tower Research, Estee Advisors, PhonePe, Intuit, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Samsung, Texas Instruments, etc.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

Remarks:

Mechatronics is offered by Delhi Institute of Tool engineering affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. I chose this course because it is very valuable in countries like Germany and Japan. This course is related to industrial robotics, incorporation of AI in mechanics which has the demand in future. The course curriculum is good, and the only thing I want is that the students should be taught more about the practicals related to this course. As our college is affiliated to GGSIPU, the students can participate in the annual cultural festival Anugoonj. Even our college organises the technical fest Ennogy provided that the students take the initiative in organising it and that the government funds it. For connectivity the college is just 2 km away from Govindpuri metro station on the violet line of DMRC one can easily take an auto, bus or tempo service to reach the college. Students get to experience the various activities held by the government and also apply to the various scholarship schemes launched by both the central and state governments.

The infrastructure of college is good but the condition of lab very poor the the management of the colleges worst you have to suffer for a single signature of principal in the college

Great College

Remarks:

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) is definitely a good choice for studious chaps. Location and Hangouts are a drawback so watch out for that. Teachers are strict as well. But overall, the placements, crowd and the reputation has the legacy going. One needs a very good rank to get in this college.

From Classrooms to Campus ; my dtu journey

I chose DTU mainly because of its strong reputation in engineering, excellent faculty, and well-structured curriculum compared to other colleges I applied to. I also applied to colleges like NSIT and IGDTUW, but I either didn’t get a confirmed admt really tipped the scale in favor of DTU was the combination of good placement records, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, and admissions are based on JEE Main ranks, which is the most preferred exam. The cutoff ranks vary by branch and category, but DTU usually has a high cutoff due to its popularity.
