Common Admission Test (CAT) score is the main selection criteria.

The curriculum is innovative in the management field. Quality management education is there in the NIT. The pedagogy includes case studies, internships, business projects, assignments, etc. NIT provides students with experiential learning, professional classroom study, seminars, webinars, workshops, group discussions, etc.

The summer internship is of eight weeks duration, in any of the reputed business organizations of choice during the annual break.

INR 1,56,000 is the total fee for the two-year MBA course study.

Merit Cum Means Scholarship, Scholarships for students from other states, SPDC Scholarship, Merit Scholarship by Corporates, Central Sector Scholarships, are provided to students. In addition, E Grantz and Bank loan facilities are also arranged.

The MBA hostel block has a capacity of 300 students. Hostel facilities are also good enough.

The Alumni association is actively working in the college. They conduct an annual fest also. They provide students with needed support during their studies.

The course study includes 18 core subjects and 10 elective subjects grouped under five streams of specializations.

The Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 60% mark is the basic eligibility. The admissions are given on the basis of qualifying examination, work experience, CAT and group discussions, and personal interviews.
