Remarks

Bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate in graduation. During application, the candidates may be in their final semester, but for final admission, they must be a graduate. A valid score in one among CAT, MHCET, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, XAT, MAT.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum set by the college is very good. The reading material provided is top notch, although professors teach through case studies and presentations. The college has faculty from diverse backgrounds. For subjects like finance markets, professors from industry are being called in. The college has a trimester system for each year and this way the burden of subjects is easily divided.

Internships Opportunities

MavenMagnet, ICICI, Jio Creative labs, RBI, Crisil, L&T offered roles for finance and marketing and hr with a stipend ranging from 5k INR to 30k INR offering roles like digital media marketing, Content and Social Media, etc.

Placement Experience

For summer placements companies like ICICI, Crisil, RBI, L&T, Jio Creative labs, MavenMagnet, Amul has recruited with stipend ranging from 5k to 30k and many other companies are yet to come. The summer placements drive starts from December and goes on till March.

Fees and Financial Aid

PGDM (Finance, Marketing, HR) fees are 5.75 LPA. College provides a personal commercial laptop to each student for studying. Placement Sectors offered are BFSI, FMCG, Consulting, IT/Analytics,m Manufacturing, among others.

Campus Life

Due to covid 19, unfortunately, haven't experienced campus life yet. But the infrastructure is very good, provided wifi, gym, canteen, library and college has different committees for different specialisation like GMC (General management committee), ACE Club (Marketing Club), Nurture E-cell (encourages startups and provide guidelines) any many more.

Interview Experience

Interview rounds include GD followed by a personal interview where questions were basic related to MBA, Why MBA?, Why did you apply for a particular specialisation? Any leadership experience? questions related to work ex.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!

I had applied for Welingkar,TISS, GIM. I could not attend the process for getting into it because of family issue and time goes the application for this colleges get closed and one option was remain so I applied and took the addmission into NL Dalmia. Yes I get rejection from TISS because I couldn't clear the cut off marks required for this college. Addmission Process For NL Dalmia :- Round 1 :- Group Discussion Filteration Round : Giving any random topic (Current Affairs related to market) (Around 7,8 student seat together for this round pannel is around 2) Round 2 :- Personal Interview :- Checking the Knowledge about the Bachelor Subject and If experience could ask the question relevant to it. To sum it up

Admission process was easy and eveything was conveyed via the website of the college which any one can refer. Eligibility of the course is through any one of the entrance tests with particular score in all of the tests respectively. As I submitted my scorecard of both CMAT and MAH-CET, with ~84%ile and ~96%ile respectively, I was shortlisted for the PI round, as the second stage for the final selection process. The details regarding application form, application fees, and all vital dates were available over the net. They have mentioned that the acceptance rate is 4%, which can be brought down, so that there can be some more good quality of students, undoubtedly it is alright now, but everyone wants to progress whether being an institute or any organisation for that matter, and hence just a suggestion for the same....Read More
