Graduate from any recognized university with 50% of equivalent marks or grades (for SC and ST, 45% minimum marks is required) The application form can be found on the college website as well as the SNAP portal. SC reservation 15% ST reservation 7.5% Differently Abled 3%.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty: Student Ratio is 1:10. We have different faculties who are qualified. They have decades of academics and learning experience. Case studies are used in the methods to teach. Exams are conducted semester wise with each subject having an internal and an external component evaluation.
Internships Opportunities
We have different which are offered during the summer internships. Roles such as risk assurance, consultant, business analyst, digital marketing, etc are offered during the SIP process. we also get a chance to work on live projects during our academic hours.
Placement Experience
From the 3rd semester, students are eligible for the placements, the highest package of this year, 2022 was Rs. 29 lakhs per annum, with the average package being 11 lakhs per annum. College provides 100% placement to eligible students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees can be increased up to 5-10 % per year depending on the government regulations. The cost to study would be around 15 lakhs. The average stipend during the summer internship is around 45,000 for the top 75 students.
Campus Life
We have a central Library which is available 24*7. Apart from this, we also have TEDxSIU lavale conducted by the college, which is one of the flagship events of the college. We have different grounds for each sport in the college as well.
Hostel Facilities
The registration process for the hostel is very smooth. The hostel is Allotted on a first-come and first, serve basis. Meal quality is good, rooms are of double and triple sharing. We get different varieties of food during the week.
Interview Experience
College conducted a GDPIWAT round for the admission process. Shortlisted students were called for the process and the process was conducted. WAT was done on the first day followed by the GDPI. WAT used to consist of general topics or current happenings around the globe. I prepared myself for this process with the help of my coaching.
