Remarks

So basically the admission process was quite manageable and easy. There were well-prepared criteria and helpful teachers who were telling every major step regarding admission in the college. To get admission we need to qualify for UPTU exams and have at least a minimum requirement of the intermediate qualification.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I want to become a software engineer for which I have to pursue a BTech degree. There are helpful and qualified teachers whose teaching method is very interesting. They are mostly keen on knowledge & practical over only theory. The exams are moderate level hard and if we study well with class lectures and notes we can easily crack it.

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunity is quite worthy here. College offers different types of internships for the betterment and skill up of the students. In internship, we got the opportunity to work on different and good levels of projects to analyze our knowledge and complete our tasks.

Placement Experience

Mostly the placements start from the 6th semester. Respective companies like Infosys, TCS, and Daffodil visit there to grab the wise students. The average package is 6-7 LPA & the highest is 15-16 LPA. After completion of my degree, I go for on-campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Being a private college, its fees are still quite worthy. Middle class. Family can easily afford it, as it completes the course in 550000 only, which is quite less than the other colleges. The college also offers scholarships for students. On-campus jobs and placement are also good.

Campus Life

The campus life in UCER is quite impressive. There are fests going on almost every year to cheer up the students for extracurricular activities along with study. There is a huge variety of book ranges and a big central library availing the facility to pick any book of your choice.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are average and the students get decent packages. Students are eligible for the placements from the very beginning from the 7th semester. The companies visiting hbtu are samsung, exxonMobil, TCS, FMCG, IBM, Hindustan Unilever, Global Logic, Adobe, Paytm, HCL technologies, Nestle, Asian Paints, Britannia and Dabur etc. The highest placement was 32 lpa while the average was 7 lpa last year . Last year almost 75% of the students were placed. My plans are to take a good placement from the college and side by side i'm working on my startup idea as well .

Usually after 3rd sem, students star getting internships. And for compaines visiting our college, except amazon (they blacklisted us). Almost every top companies do visit the college. Highest package was 59LPA, and the average for cse is 12-13Lpa. 99% students get placements. Many students goes abroad for mtech after graduating from snu, i'd like to do the same but after getting a year or two job experience.
