Remarks

I got a seat in this college by writing the EAMCET exam. U need to have below 80k rank in the EAMCET exam. There will be a special quota for minority and low caste students. U need to submit u r 10th and 12th board marks along with the EAMCET rank card during counselling.

I choose mechanical engineering because I am Very much interested in automobiles and aeroplanes. The faculty is very friendly and the teaching is very good. There will be 2 mids exams every 2 months. The exam difficulty is moderate.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are available for students right from the 2nd year. Students interested in participating in internships are allowed to work on it. The opportunities provided by the college are of great help but the active participation of students is required.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester. The highest package offered for our branch was 6.5 LPA. Many students were planning to go abroad for higher studies. Tata Motors, Hyundai and Mahindra were a few companies that visited our campus for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you got a seat thought EAMCET then the fee u need to pay is 72,000 excluding the bus fee and hostel fee. If u want to go through management then the fee is around 170000. The bus fee is around 20k per year and the hostel fee is around 20-30k

Campus Life

There will be a lot of fests taking place in this college. TECH fest will be after 1st semester of every year. There is a cricket ground, football ground and indoor stadium. There are a lot of clubs related to every branch.

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
