GEC Bhavnagar is a full government college so you can take admission in the college you should need to get part in ACPC counselling which is taken by GTU. In the ACPC counselling admission process your Board exam marks and GUJCET marks will be considered as 60% of the Gujarat board and 40% of Gujcet. If your Gujarat board marks and GUJCET marks are not satisfying to you so don't worry about that because you can also get admission through your JEE MAIN result score. In ACPC counselling there are 4 rounds with one mock round. To take admission to any college in Gujarat you should need to register in ACPC counselling. After you register there is one merit list that will be declared. So you get your ACPC rank to take admission in any college. There are lots of colleges which is made their admission criteria. To take admission computer engineering branch in GEC Bhavnagar your rank must be not less than 6000. In this three round of admission process, you take admission in your rank wise college.

In GEC Bhavnagar there are many clubs run by college faculties and students like NSS, NCC etc.
