College Admission

I applied to take admission in MAHARSHI DAYANAND UNIVERSITY (MDU) for MBA. I did not avail any quota but there was Entrance Based admission. But the merit list was made according to SC, OBC, and other categories after Entrance. Students from State University also get extra marks. Firstly there was a cut off list and my name was also in it. I went to the university for documents verification. Students must carry two photo copies of some documents like 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, Aadhar Card, Domicile Certificate, Migration Certificate etc. Student must take 2 photo copy of each along with original. If students forget any document some days also given to students. After checking all the documents students got admission.

Faculty- Teachers are well qualified from different universities of India. All are NET qualified and some of them have a degree of Doctorate. Lectures and professor's are always ready for students help related to their study or other topics related to them. Every teacher has their own method of study. Students easily understand the topic. These different topics help students to get knowledge about various subjects. Exams- Exams will be held at a Semester system. Students can easily score 60-70% if they attend classes properly. Passing marks is 28%. They can easily pass exams just by studying for a number of hours. It doesn't have a matter of stress or anxiety.

Placements- Students get placements in various companies like Tata, Google, Cipla, Amazon, Flipkart, Airtel. Students also get placements in various local companies and some also get placements in foreign companies. Package- Students get a package of 5-15 lakhs annually. Many students got placement. I want get job in a foreign company after completing my degree. Now I am also trying to get job.

The fee of the course is much less than any other private institute or University. In second year of the course fee is less to some extent. It is good for the students who want to take admission with less fee. Scholarships- merit base scholarships were given to students every year.

Library- Vivekananda Library is one of the best library has a number of books relevant to course and other Central or State Exams. Journal is also available every time. Students can read any book in the library and also they get along with them but have to renew book after 14 days. Events- There are a number of events will take place during whole year in various departments. There is also rose garden where various functions organised. Annual function also celebrated in the university. Various cultural function related to state also organised every year. Students can develop a number of skills by participating in these events. Sports events also organise by the UNIVERSITY.

Rooms- Every students will be given separate rooms in most of the hostels. Only in 1or 2 hostels joint rooms will be given. Room has almirah made from cement, desk,chair,bed,fan. In Summer season students can also set their cooler. Registration - Hostels are given to student on distance basis. If a student belongs from a place more than 60 kms he will be provided hostel. Hostel- I love it most because there is a different room for every students with a bed, fan, table & chair. The space is proper for a student. Hostel has cold and hot water facility during summer and winter respectively.A number of healthy dishes will be given to students in whole week. There is playground just behind the hostels. Security guard available 24 hrs. at the gate of the hostel. It is like as home. I love it.
