Remarks

There is a limited number of college under IPU college this course. For BJMC course college infrastructure play very important role and i have visited many college and find FIMT infrastructure better than other college. I have not availed any quota for admission. To get admission in BJMC course you need to pass 12th with minimum 50% marks and you need to get good rank in IPU CET. Admission process was very smooth and its just one day process only at college.

I have chosen the BJMC course because i get interested in media house when i was studying in class 11th. This course provide good career opportunities also which was another reason to select this course. There is only 40 student limit in one batch so the teacher gets good time to give to every student. All teachers are very well qualified and they have good experience of teaching also. Best things i like about faculty that they are very good in nature and behavior.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The BJMC course fees at my time of admission were around rupees 65000 per year. College provide flexibility in paying fees. There is nothing fixed rule of fees hike. I have not seen any fees hike for my course. For fiancial assistance you can apply for education loan and college help in this process.

Campus Life

There are many social groups and clubs in college which is very active. I am from BJMC course so there was huge competation in our course. We have good number of drama team, dance team, singing team etc. For sports college provide good option of indoor and outdoor sports facility, for extra curricular activity college provide gym facility to every student. Best things i like from infrastructure is college provide well equipped TV and Radio studios for pratical knowedge about the field of media.

Highest package was 1200000 per annum and 300000 per annum is average package. Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is functional and active. The chances depend on the course that you have opted for. The placements are really good for commerce, economics, Maths, Stats but for the other department's students it might be a bit challenging to find a company of their domain. The students become eligible to sit in placement from 5th semester. The companies that visit my college are Godrej, BCG, McKinsey, Nation with Namo, Blackstone, Accenture, KPMG, EY, citibank, microsoft and Amazon etc.

The Glimpse of DSJ

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate my course four out of five because in journalism is a field where people are not about so much. The main stream media does not show the real problems and challengs of the country. They live in a bubble of their own. Many of the times they provide miss information to the people which hurts the hearts of the people. They do not cover multiple aspects of media. The exams in the daj is not so hard you can easily pass it by just 4 to 5 days of preparation.

This Collage is not so good. I got really a average rank In IPU CET ( 3k ) There are 3 ways through you can take admisson > IPU CET - most Convinent and easy - most of the paper work is done by IPU and FIMT > CUET - Can take admisson thorugh cuet - have to do the paper work and have to do the registration to IPU afterwards - Paper work is mostly done by FIMT > Direct admisson - Admisson is done on basis of 12th subject streem and percentage due to low rank i couldn't get admisson in other collages...Read More
