SFIT Review

Through cet cell, the admission process was done. The minimum mark required is 70 in cet exam . There was a counselling session by cet cell for explaining details about the admission process at various colleges.

I loved to learn about electronics so I choose this subject. There are many faculties and students. The teachers are well qualified and teaching is also good. The term exams are conducted every 5 months

I don't remember exactly which company gives internships, but there are some company give internships with stipends. The project is mostly associated with Python and other languages. The project is also associated with machine learning and AI

From semester seven onwards students are eligible for placements. There are some companies like Capgemini, LTI, Hexaware and Accenture. The highest package for the previous year was around 9 LPA and the average package is around 3.3 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 50-70%.

The fees are almost the same every year which is 108210 and there is dbt scholarship through which we get 50% of the fees back. Most placement comes at the beginning of the 4th year. The Scholarship name is rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj which is also called EBC yojna.

The annual fest is IRIS which is conducted in February and the tech fest is mosaic which is conducted in September. The library is big and all books are available. The classroom has AC for first Year students and fans for 2-4 year students. The classroom has a projector for explaining ppts etc. The sports and extracurricular activities take place before iris and the event is called ignitra The campus has NSS and every branch has a committee.
