Remarks

I applied for CMR Institute of Technology. The admission was pretty simple and I got in through PGCET entrance exam. There was no interview or any entrance test from the college. Students can avail a seat through PGCET entrance exam or Management quota. The average mark needed was 60% in UG.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum for 2 years MBA program is well structured and planned accordingly to expand the knowlegde for the students. The faculties for well developed and highly qualified. They are approchable and supportive. The teaching method is very good and they adapt to the recent trend in order to make it easier for the students. The college conducts internals on a regular basis and assigns mini projects which are helpful for us to gain knowledge and make the students industry-ready. The mentors guide the students with the same.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities

It is compulsory for the students to do a one-month internship in a good organization to gain hands on experience and knowledge about the feild that they want to work in. No two students can work in the same company according to the college rules.

Placement Experience

Over 20+ companies come for MBA placements and an average of 70% of students get placed in good companies. The salary ranging from 3.5 lakhs - 7 lakhs. The placement department provides the students with TYL sessions to help the students crack the interview.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is of two kinds: 1. Management quota- 4,50,000 Indian Ruppes 2.PGCET - Almost 2,00,000 Indian Rupees. There are a few Scholarship opportunities and financial assistance provided by the college. Placements are good and we are provided with placement training. Overall 70% of the students get placed.

Campus Life

The campus is vast and provides all the facilities. It is well equipped with updated computer technologies. There is a canteen, library, Auditorium, playground and various other facilities for the students. Sports and extracurricular activities happen at regular intervals of time. Students get motivated by these as well. There are also many clubs like Marketing club, HR club etc.

Likes

Facility is very qualified. Faculties from IIM are also there. They are very friendly. They gives us extra support and mentorship after class also
College infrastructure is also good. Full of greenery amd calm environment and location is aldo good.
Placement is also good. And ROI is also good as per the fees.

Dislikes

The schedule is very hectic. And hostel timing is also short for returning.

Placement Experience:

Placements are also there 240+ recruiters come for campus placements. Average package is 8 to 9 lakhs and highest package is 17 lakh. We have Industry trajectory programme with big 4 like Kpmg GT etc

Isme campus life review

Likes

We have good faculties, who are very friendly and approachable
Study matarial is also very helpful, we are getting enough information and learnings we want
Corporate exposure of this college is amazing...we are getting good internships related to our feild

Placement Experience:

240 recruiters come to this college....we have industry trajectory program, placement oriented term, mock interviews, workshops. We have average package of 8pla and highest package is 17 lpa. We have career opportunities cell which prepare you for summer internships and final placement. In ITP students get stipend between 25 to 40k.

Great learning exposure

Likes

Infrastructure, facilities , diversity , good for networking and banglore is a corporate hub so it's getting easy for to experience corporate speakers.
Hostel facilities, food facilities for students for those who are living in hostels.
And how they prepare us for the corporate world .and the faculty ratio in 1 :12 over there so small batch size leads to better concentration on students .

Dislikes

Timings of hostels for food and go back to hostel time

Placement Experience:

So in the isme the placements are 100% there are lots of companies visited for mass hiring and the average package is about between the 8lacs and 9lacs from the 5 semester we are eligible for the campus placement

Placement Experience:

The College placement is decent which is around 8 lakhs as an average and rest is upon the students how they gather knowledge and perform in interview. The percentage of placement of 95%. The companies visited here are KPMG , Deloitte, EY, TCS, Infosys, Wipro etc.

Overall a good experience

Likes

Faculty is very approachable very helpful
Diversity in culture and small batch size so that everyone gets the opportunity
On campus hostel is very convenient there are 50% girls so it’s save

Dislikes

80% attendance is mandatory very disciplined
Every time you have to wear formals and timing of hostel is very strict

In the isme we all getting the opportunity to interact with companies and in isme we have trimesters so from 5 semesters our placements will start and there are good numbers of companies comes for placements and they offer good amount of packages

I like here faculty and there teaching style as well as approaching all students
