Remarks

One of the oldest college for computer science engineering with more than 250+ companies visiting the campus. Good coding culture and placements at par with IITs in computer science department. The addmission procedure was simple through online portal. Once the college is alloted, the fees had to be deposited via DD. Hostels and food were not at par with nit standards.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I did my B.Tech in CS and I wanted to pursue the same field in my masters. The student to teacher ratio is good for masters students. Exams were on time and mostly concept based questions were asked which were discussed in the class.

Placement Experience

5

Many big companies visited the campus, Adobe, Microsoft, Uber, Morgan Stanley, Walmart and many more. College placements are very good for computer science department and the college follows one person one job policy for in campus opportunities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As an M.tech we were given a stipend of 12,400 rs monthly which was enough for paying the semester and hostel fees. Lots of big companies and PSUs visit the camp us for on campus recruitment and the placement for computer science department is more than 90% based on the students who wished to get placed.

Campus Life

4.5

The life is good inside the campus. Multiple activities keeps on happening throughout the year which boosts the personality of the students. This includes tech fest, cultural fest, Tedx and many more. Outside the campus there is not much to explore. College infrastructure is good and labs have enough space and systems to work peacefully

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good and mostly relevant to current industry needs. I chose this course because it includes both practical and theoretical subjects that help in building strong technical knowledge. The subjects like programming, data structures, and web development are very useful for real-world applications and future studies. However, I feel the curriculum can be improved by adding more practical training, workshops, and industry-based projects. Also, teachers can use more interactive teaching methods to make learning easier. The exams are held regularly and on time. Their difficulty level is moderate — not too hard but requires proper preparation to score well.

Placement Experience:

Students from third year have started getting Pre-Placement Offers, but many of those are majorly due to their own accomplishments. Students get ample amount of time to intern at various law firms and courts, to secure a PPO on their own. In addition to this, the Internship and Placement Committee, often comes in aid to secure PPOs for the students of the graduating batch.
