Remarks
Ranking, Placements, Faculty, NIT Allahabad was very prestige and oldest college, so study culture was quite professional there, though the living facilities given for PG students was not quite well, but the renovation and new buildings were under construction, overall I love this college
Course Curriculum Overview
B.tech as from CSE so I have to go for Masters in CSE, all the term exams were on time, they are very particular about the schedule , Exams were quite moderate to pass, but if you are a dull student, so this is not your cup of tea
Placement Experience
97% of my M.tech batch got placed, but I myself was a Training and Placement coordinator, so the placement completely depends on you representative, but for Placements please try to maintain 60% overall else there are the companies who don't value the students below this bar
Fee Structure And Facilities
Internship in masters for 6months was allowed at that time, as we ourselves have struggled for that, GATE qualified gets 12K stipend from MHRD , I got place on 13lpa so it is worth attending, I don't know about other scholarship
Campus Life
So many clubs were there, from sports to cultural, Many conferences and classes were also held by the professors so you can join anyone of them , enrollment to such internal things are free of the cost mostly

Admission
NO, we only have a entrance test i.e. GATE after which you got the preferred college according to you rankings , then you just have to pay your fee, though choosing the Mentor was according to the score of first year.Master students need mentors in second year for thesis.
