Remarks
Department of chemistry, University of Delhi had been ranked number 1 department of India and it has some of the best faculty who taught us and help us grow. Also the labs ,which are the most important aspect of chemistry, are very good and equipped with all the apparatus and instruments needed by the students. The competitive environment of this university help students to not only excel at academics but also other aspects of life.The only disadvantage of taking admission here is the shortage of hostels. The seats in the hostel for PG students very less due to which students need apartment outside the campus. However, one can always find rental apartments near the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
Currently Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi is following continuous evaluation due to which students need to be attentive in every lab which help us to learn even more. Department has sufficient faculty for teaching as well as practical and their teaching methods are also very effective.
Placement Experience
Department of Chemistry provides good camps placement as various pharmaceutical companies, tutoring institutes and other industrial companies comes for campus placement. Department also provide students opportunity for further research under their PhD program.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for this course is about 14,500 INR per semester. However EWS and other reserved student do get scholarship (Fee Waiver). Students with disability get full fee waiver and does not require fee payment.
Campus Life
Life at DU campus can be described as awesome as it has very lively environment and offers very good infrastructure. Also different restaurants and clubs are nearby and people here are friendly. The night-outs are the best way to experience the campus life of Delhi University.
