Career option after graduating from the Chandigarh University.

Chandigarh University provides direct admission in pandemic time else it has enterance examination i.e CUCET. And also provide scholarship based on the CUCET examination which has 2 attempts. we have to fill form seperately for each attempt. They might take interviews for some courses, especially for Masters.

I chose BSc. in fashion designing from Chandigarh University because it provides the best return of investment i.e the quality education they provide in such less amount of money unlike other fashion colleges is so good. Teachers are cooperative and friendly too. Most students go to other expensive fashion colleges but this college is worth paying.

Companies like Amazon and Zara also come for fashion designing for placement and students do work on their own brands too after graduating from college. This college provides educational knowledge for every field in the subject. Since Chandigarh is in Punjab most of the student's design dresses for Punjabi movies and series too. Ludhiyana has many textile factories so students work there as well after graduating as fashion merchandisers, designers, fashion stylists, and many more other options.

In my subject bachelor of fashion designing students are eligible for campus placement after the 5th or 6th semester and for internship after 3rd or 4th semester. Though my plan is to go for higher studies but I'll work in field too to gain more knowledge so I'll do as much as internships I can.

This University provides various scholarships even though it's a private university. First scholarship is based on CUCET examinations then we have scholarship according to the caste and finnacial income. This University does provide oppertunity for various internships through which we can earn and pay our fees and apart from that they have several fest like tech fest where the prize is gifts and sometimes money upto 1 lakh.

University has several fests like tech fest, literature fest, and many more. The campus has different libraries for different subjects. Sports are other events like that happen here frequently. Like in my subject we have fashion shows.

The room is quite decent for students and is well furnished. The quality of the food is also good. We have a registration process for hostel just before the University gets open, we receive mails by which we have to do the further process for registration like booking our desired room.
