Remarks
The admission process was smooth. After the Jossa counselling, I received an email with my credentials to log in to the college website and register myself. After that, I was supposed to pay the fees and proceed with course registration.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exams were conducted timely and the level of the exams was intermediate. We had 5 quizzes each of 10 marks per semester and an end semester exam of 50 marks, making the total 100. The quiz results were declared on the same day after the quizzes and we obtained the final results within 15-20 days after the endsems.
Internships Opportunities
Since I am a 3rd semester student, I myself have not applied for the placements. But, there were many seniors who got the internship under top notch companies with an amazing stipend. For example, 35 to 40 students got an internship under Microsoft and have a high chance of being offered a PPO.
Placement Experience
Many top companies come to the college such as Microsoft, etc. The placement offers are also pretty good. Though it is not that great for the core branches relatively (obviously). The overall record has been good over ther years.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are pretty high as the college is a government funded technical institute. It includes the tuition fees, development fees, exam fees and some other stuff. We also paid the hostel fees in the sem1 which is yet to be adjusted.
Campus Life
There are many different clubs, both technical and cultural. There are also many fests and events such as bitotsav which is one of the biggest fests conducted in the college. But thanks to covid, we were unable to experience these.
