MANET Comes under MIT ADT university it's a world class university with world's largest done which resembles peace. They have all facilities sports complex mess laundry and everything is included in the fees. And the lecturers are one of the best of the best they are captains and cheif engineers they share our experiences in class is one of the best things. Being a marine engineering cadet our priorities are different so there's whole new world you going to enter is you join these collage.

You have 2 options B.sc and B.tech i chose second one because I have a military background so I can apply for other exams. In my batch gender ratio is 6:110 approx. All the faculty after semester 4 are highest ranked like chiefs and captain. In the beginning, we need some basic electrical knowledge so we have M.tech and PHD holders. Teaching method is informative and interesting. Per semester there are 2 exams and in the end you'll get 1 months holiday including PL in end sem exams.

There are validity in certificate in this fields. You have to complete only one course STCW with validity 5 yrs. It means you have to do it again in 5 years. You have to make your medical certificate validity 2 years.

If you are in top 40 you'll get min 2 chances for placement. And others can apply off campus placements they will definitely get it until and unless you don't want a job. Because there are many companies in Kolkata Mumbai in coastal areas all you have to do is to approach them.

Fees is approx 13.5 lakhs which includes everything. There are no such scholarships as everyone gets job they just apply for students loan. Starting it's 2 lakhs and as the semester passed the fees decreases. They provide collage uniform, boilers and safety helmets n all is the reason why they have more fees in 1st semester. They had 95% placements in 2018 and reduced to 89% in 2020 due to covid but i can assure you you will get placement and you can apply off campus as well.

They have all the tech fests of other colleges and we can apply. But mainly 1 fests in each semester. You will find all books for your need in the library including newspapers and magazines. Projector white board are there in classrooms. They have 2 sports meet in a year and yes if you r talented you can apply for other tournaments collage will provide the bus. There are no such social groups but they have mess committee members to maintain the decorum of mess. And for parade they have collage band members of 30 in numbers. For hostel there are COD ( It's not call call of duty it's cadet on duty ) to maintain discipline in hostel.

Accommodation is included in fees as I already shared and it includes mess but they are very strict with the timings so please be on time they have laundry which is also included in fees. They give health insurance as well.

They have entrance exam MANET MET and during the admission only cadet have to fulfill all the conditions and there's a small psychometric test and in the end interview and they will tell you whether you are selected or not.
