Remarks

I only applied for Chitkara University. I don't have any quota. For admission, you need to get more than 60% in boards and appearance in JEE-MAINS. The admission process was very smooth and in a very structured manner.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose CSE because it's in very high demand and has good future scope. Faculty to student ratio is 1:50. Teachers have done masters and Ph.D. in their respective fields. And they teach very well. Exams are held at regular intervals of time

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 164000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have not much idea of this because I am a 2nd-year student but according to my internships are very good and students need to work on various projects during the time of internships. If you work well at internships, that company will hire you.

Placement Experience

From 6 semesters students are eligible for internships and placements. There are more than 100 companies that visit our campus for placements. The average package is around 8 to 10lpa. And the highest package is 35LPA. 100 percent placement is there. I will do job.

Fees and Financial Aid

For my branch B.E.C.S.E., it's 82k per semester. I don't know about scholarships. And placements are very good and have an average pack of 8lpa. Many companies visit our campus, which includes top MNC's.

Campus Life

We are studying online so don't have any idea about that. All kinds of books are available in Library which includes all the best authors. Classes are fully furnished and air-conditioned. Our campus has a complete sportium for different sports and activities. We have basketball, table tennis, NCC, Badminton, swimming, pool, chess, etc.

As far as i see most of my seniors are well placed from our university some of them are in plum , google and very know companies as the placement of the college is better than other college , mostly every student get a placemnet .

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is good and it is improving since then. TPO looks after this process and it is responsible to call comapnies to the college and discuss about the eligibility of the students who can appear for the placements. For internships, students in the 3rd year appear for it while for placements 4th year students can appear. The average package is approx. 8-9 LPA while the highest has gone to 64 LPA during my college duration. Almost all students get placement.

My imperfectly perfect College life reviewed for everyone who needs it

Placement Experience:

Though when I got admission in this college, I saw the placement rates were very nice, around 95%, but maybe it was our session's fault. I passed out in 2024, and in that particular year, the placements were not as expected and as seen in the previous batch, so that was something very much disappointing because I paid so much money on a degree, only everything was good about the college, but in the end, placement matters during my session. Usually, the companies that hired for example, 10 students only hired two students.

It gives excellent placement offers with around 270 companies visits. The highest package for 2025 passng batch is 54LPA with a average package of 10 to 12 LPA. Top companies like google , apple ,microsoft,amzon ,Barclays ,deloitte and many more offers in thapar.

Placement Experience:

College does provide a decent number of companies to students to get placed but as per seniors Companies come with good package but students fail to grab them. Students are eligible for placement form 7th semester. As data given to us from t&p for this year currently the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is touching 8 but don't get excited it's just the starting months of placement season. My plan is to get a good college for post grad as that was my plan from the start ??

Placement Experience:

Students became eligible for placement after 3rd year. Google, Adobe, de shaw, L&T, Schneider, Amazon etc visit campus The highest package was 42 lacs and the median package is 8.1 lacs. More than 90% get placed.

A GLANCE TO MY COLLEGE

i chose this college over other colleges becuase of its reputation , in recent years Chitkara has made its name whether we talk about placements or any other various field, it has a brand value as a private college its a quite good college,this is slightly a new college that is why boards were the criteria to get admission and other colleges i applied to took admission o the basis of JEE mains and i had not scored that good in it that is why did'nt able to clear the cutoff for my required branch, i applied t o Thapar Institute Of Technology, Patiala , Chandigarh University,Punjab, Amity University, Punjab Chandigarh College of Architecture.. i got confirmation from everywhere but just in Thapar i did not get Computer Science, The elegibility criteria in Chitkara is min aggregrate of 60% in jee mains and 70% in boards then there are several cutoffs on which the branches are given to students...Read More

I choose this college because it have a good placement ratio and packages. Here placements cell heads are helpful and teaches us about how to grab good placement. No, i didn't get a rejection from other colleges but i choose this because transportation is easy in this as compared to other colleges.
