Life of BA student

Delhi University is well known university all over India. After my board, i applied for B.com , BA(P), Bachelors in English in Delhi University and B.com in IP university. Du admission was merit based whereas, For IP, I gave entrance test. My rank was around 9000 but i wanted admission in DU, so i didn't applied for counselling. After Du's first cut off, i got in Shyama Prasad university(BA prog). The admission procedure was simple we need to bring all the related documents for verification. Provisional certificate, migration certificate, OBC certificate, 12th marksheet, 10th marksheet (around 9-10 documents). The verification procedure took 2-3 hours because of crowd. After verification we have to make online payment on Du portal, which will be notified by respected college. After payment, My admission was done. But for some reason I withdrew and got admission in Bharati college. The admission procedure was same here. Fee amount was 10000.

I wanted to prepare myself for Government job, for that BA prog was my best option. Most of the teachers have their doctorate and some have their professional degree.Teachers were very intellectual and helpful. In each semester we have to select one elective from the given subject according to our interest. 25 marks were under teachers, they mark us on the basis on assignment, presentations and attendance(5). The main exam occurs every semester and were easy to pass if you have listened to your teachers enough in the class and did prepare for it.

Many companies visited our college for placements and internship for interested students. Roles offered were as follows: Publishing company HR, creative writing, Digital Marketing, Some type of library job, Volunteering, fundraising

Fees amount was 10000. We have to make payment of 500 each semester for our external exams. 1000 in fees was security deposit which we received after completing your graduation. College do provide some internship opportunities. Many companies used to visit our college for placements and internship for interested students.

In DU every college have their own fest held in the month of February or march. Bharati college fest name was "Abhivyakti" . College had quite amount of books in the library for study purpose and reading. Every year in the month of January or February, college held sports day in which attendance was mandatory. Coupon for food was given to all the students present there. Bharati college have many societies and clubs: Music, dance , theatre , literary club, journalism club. College also have gym for the sports students. NCC is also a part of our college.
