Rit an old college in Rourkela for Diploma

I applied skdav polytechnic in my first and utkalmani gopanadhu college at second and Rourkela institute of technology in third but I get selected in Rourkela institute of technology because I score low marks on the diploma entrance test. Admission criteria were simple we have to prepare for the det exam den after attending the det exam rank will come according to that rank we will be choosing our college and at last seat in counselling that's done.

I choose electrical engineering because it's a very popular branch and I am good at electrical. Qualification of teachers here was very high they are very professional and good at teaching. The semester exams take place once in 6 months intervals and it is very hard to pass in it personally I have 2 back papers in my 3rd semester.

The companies like Bhusan steel, Nalco offered us, junior engineers, internships with 7000 stipends per month. My classmates however get different roles under the internship like the manager at workshops and managing instructor.

From the 5th semester, we are eligible to seta on campus and a student has to score more than 70% to seat on campus. There are companies like Patanjali, Bhusan steel, Tata Steel who visited our college. The highest package I was offered was 1.8 lakh per annum and the average offered to me was 1.5 lakh per annum. There are 70% of atud now who got placements from here.

There is no price hike policy here and the cost to study is somewhere on the higher side because it is a private college. I got on campus just after my 5th semester in a company called Bhusan Steel Pvt Ltd. That was my 2nd attempt on campus and I got 7000 as a stipend there.

The library was the best here well maintained and every option of the book was available. We have the fresher party in the first year and we have many sports like cricket tournament, football tournament and a volleyball tournament. There is a club name tiger club run by 50 Students from our batch
