Admissions are done on the basis of rank of students in Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) /JEE examinations. |

Eligibility Criterion |
Passed 10+2 examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects from Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Geology / Statistics. The candidate must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together. |
Facilities: BCE provides following facilities to the students-
- Library- BCE library has a rich collection of books, periodicals, newspapers, manuscripts, films, maps, prints, documents, microform, CDs, cassettes, videotapes, DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, e-books, audiobooks, databases, and other formats for engineering students
- Hostel- The institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. Both the hostels are well protected and have well-furnished dining and canteen with 24 hours water and power supply.
- Laboratories have been designed, furnished and equipped with expertise.
- Computer system has been provided and set up by Hewlet Packard and L2 MBPS lease line connectivity through optical fiber has been installed through BSNL
- BCE provides transport facility for all students and staffs. BCE buses pick and drop students along major routes of Bhubaneswar city, Cuttack, Khurda, Balugaon, Ranapur and Nayagarh
Events: BCE organizes following extracurricular and curricular activities throughout the academic year-
- BCESANSH- It is the annual cultural festival of the college
- Robotics- It is the technical event organized by BCE students
