KIIT Polytechnic Admission

The candidates will be selected based on the score of the entrance examination, Diploma entrance test (DET) followed by counselling that is conducted by the DTE&T, Odisha.

Laboratory: The institute offers laboratory facilities for the practical works of different branches. There are approximately 30 labs in total on the campus.
Hostel: The hostel facility is made available for both boys and girls. They provide well-furnished rooms. The hostel wardens are good and cooperative. Healthy and tasty food is provided to the hostilities.
Library: The library of KIIT is one of the most important facilities worth mentioning. It has more than 3000 books from various spheres, journals both national and international. The campus was very much well maintained and clean
The best thing was we had our college and hostel in the same campus premises

Dislikes

I mostly disliked the canteen food which was very much minimal
We had some real partialities between juniors and seniors

As I have mentioned before Kiit Polytechnic was one of the most popular colleges in Odisha providing great quality education as it was also one of the oldest diploma institution it maintained it's authenticity and pride like always Honestly I had also applied in CTTC central tool room and training centre but after I had done my Addmission at kiit I got the letter from cttc that you are selected as I had already maded up my mind I choose what I wanted to do

I love my college dresscode and I'd card
I love my college canteen & staffs are very friendly to students

I don't like my college washrooms that is sometimes dirty
I don't like my college security guard be6of they are very angry and strict

Our college is No 1 diploma college of orisha, because of i.e. 1st in QCI (Quality Council Of India). And all students are very friendly and especially seniors are very friendly to there juniors haparjantly .

The quality of the infrastructure is good.
The faculties are very good and there teaching style is awesome

The food inside the canteen in campus is very bad.
There are some teachers who are very rude.

I heard very good things about Kiit Polytechnic so I choose this.The eligibility for the college are the 10th certificates and adharcard.I was not rejected by any other college I choosed this college for my own work.

How is kiit polytechnic

The college campus. A green and peaceful campus.
Faculties are so cooperative and helpful.

You cant get ac in hostel. There is no balconi in hostel.

I applied for this college as my first choise. And i got it in first attempt. The process for admission in this college you have to first qualify your 10th and then apply through sams portal. And then choose college. And course. You will be notified if you selected.

Faculties behaviour and teaching style and they make things understand so easily
College environment is too good full ac classroom and great lawn

More cultural activities should be provided
Fun activities are very rate in this college

Admission is done by the application process in SAMS portal a student should at least pass the 10th by a percentage of 60 to get admission reservations of seat is been done a charge of 5000 is been charged to reserve a seat which will be later deducted from course fees exams are easy as faculty are too helpful while teaching so exams are easy as per the course period.

If you want to study diploma in mechanical engineering from kiit polytechnic then first u have to give the AICTE entrance exam and u have to qualify it and after clearing the entrance u can get direct admission toh the college but after clearing the enterance exam u have to go to college direct for admission purpose the eligibility for diploma is after 10 it is for 3 yrs and after 12 it is for 2 yrs

Kiit review 2022

Eligibility criteria are 60% marks in the 10th or 12th board exam. I got the application form from KIIT polytechnic website, application fees are 0 rupees and the application date was from 2nd July. For the seat, a reservation is required 5000rupees. I want to see the admission process online, I think this will be a good improvement in the admission process.

Mechanical Engineer (Diploma) in KIIT

I applied for mechanical engineering in Subharti University but didn't get there becuse my first priority was KIIT and i got it easily. I availed OBC quota for my admission in KIIT , it reduced cutoff by 5-10 marks. Admission criteria is very easy, i applied for counseling and merit list preparation on KIIT website. The minimum marks required is 75% in 12th and there is an age limit of 25 years. The admission process is to apply for counseling and merit list preparation, after getting on the merit list, appear on the college campus with all the required documents.

You must have passed in HSC examination conducted by BSE, Odisha/ 10th standard examination declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha and obtained at least 35% marks at the qualifying examination with a pass in both Math & Science subject. The fee per year for the Diploma in CS is INR 35,000.
