Dream Life at NIT Warangal

I had to go through josaa counselling process to get admission in any tier 1 colleges(IIT's and NIT's ) for Btech admission. I have listed IIT's first and then NIT's according to college ranking and courses i am interested for. I have took help of online platforms like collegedunia to check opening and closing JEE mains and advanced ranks or specific department in specific college for my application process. At the end of josaa counseling process i took admission at NIT Warangal.

Metallurgical and materials engineering at NIT warangal is an established branch with good lab facilities and experienced faculty. The course curriculum covers old to latest technologies and developents in core Metallurgy and materials.

Good number of colleges come to college to select interns with placements parallely. Circuit branches have more chances to get interns compared to other branches. Core intern are less but this happens with every college. students mostly do core projects under faculty .

From the beginning for 4th year (i.e 6th semeter) placements process starts.More than 85%+ students are placed with good average package. The number students choosing higher studies is good. college has good alumni network who also helps you when needed and guide you during placement process.

tuition fee is paid semester wise- 63000 per semester (i.e paid twice an year) hostel fee can be divided into 2 parts 1st - room rent,wifi,medical,maintance - around 12000 for 1 year 2nd- mess bill-12000 per semester(paid twice an year) All together hostel fee- 36000 per year

life at NITW is like a dream life full of fun, fests, innovations and extracuricular activities. NITW has varies clubs (music, painting, dance, department associations, business , finnance and many more). Good sports facilites are provided every year NITW sports event happens. NITW also helds 1 cultural and 1 technical fest for 3 days every year.

Hostels rooms are cleaned regularly cleanliness is maintained. Mess has north and south varites ragularly you can choose as per your wish. hostel fee is resonable. separate hostels are provided for boys and girls and also hostels are separated based on your year of study. gils have one mess. boys have 4 messes to choose from 2 veg and 2 non veg. At veg mess too you get non veg but you have to pay extra amount.
