MBA in TBS Jammu

I applied for the MIET College before applying to the "The Business School" but dropped the idea after knowing that their placement strategy is not that effective as compared to TBS. Didn't avail any kind of quota for taking out admission in TBS. To take admission in the TBS one should need to have a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation and he/she should be 18+, moreover, you need to clear the GD/PI process to take admission in TBS, To Take admission in TBS you need to first go to the official website of Jammu University i.e. coeju.com and after that, you'll get a call or email from the university side based on your selection in the merit list. In my GD got a topic named "Digital Marketing and their need nowadays" where I expressed my own thoughts regarding this and after that, a Personal Interview (PI) was conducted where they asked me some basic general knowledge or marketing related questions.

I have a family business situated in Jammu and my family wanted me to handle it, so to gain knowledge about the marketing sector, the key fundamentals required for the marketing of the business, etc were the reason that why I opted for MBA. There was 7 teachers and 55 students in the classroom, moreover their teaching method is really impessive and is quite easy to understand the various topics without facing a single problem. The exams conducts timely in the TBS and are not that much difficult to clear.

The students become eligible for the placements after the 3rd semester and companies like Pepsi, Hdfc Bank, Yes Bank, ITC usually visits the campus for providing the placements to the students and the average package comes between 5-10 lakh p.a. Almost 80% of students got the placement from the university placement cell.

Talking about the fees and cost to study, the fees and cost to study in TBS are quite reasonable here and moreover, the university provides many scholarships programmes for the students who belong from the backward society or can't afford this course. And talking about the internship opportunities I would like to mention that many companies like Pepsi, ITC, Hdfc bank, Byju's etc visit our university for the internship purpose and the average stipend was around 9000-10000.

A fest named "Jagran Josh" is the annual fest celebrated in the university every year in the month of December where the students got the chance of showcasing their talent on the stage. TBS has the biggest library in the whole city where the latest editions of books and journals are available in the university. The classrooms are fully equipped with projectors and are smart-class oriented. Talking about the sports and extracurricular activities, NSS activities and various inter-college sports matches conduct on the college campus. ABVP is the social group run by the students here.

The topic I got for my GD was "Digital marketing and their need nowadays" and after that, they conducted the PI round in the university campus for the selected candidates who passed out in the GD round where they ask some basic general knowledge questions to test my aptitude with the help of my elder brother, I prepared for these rounds.
