Remarks

The admission was so good and easy, it was very simple as that, the only thing is to get good rank in VITEEE entrance exam conducted by the college, that's the main point, nothing more to be done, I have not applied for any colleges still now except VITEEE.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen the CSE course, the teacher-student ratio was good as it was 1:12, the teachers were highly qualified with good degrees, there were terms exams for every 3 months or 6 months, the paper was a bit difficult and simple.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 195000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship was so good, and the hostel was so easy and near distance from the college, the projects were done in the hostel maximum time as there were so many people who bunk the college class and enjoy going to theatres.

Placement Experience

The placements were good, the highest package was 40 LPA, the average was 8 LPA, the companies were more and there was super excited while giving an interesting interview in big MNC companies, and the whole campus was lighted.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no fees hike policy, the only thing is that u should maintain a good CGPA in every sem, so there will be a good impression on you, there is no scholarship for fees, the only way is getting good rank and getting a good category for the exam writing.

Campus Life

The annual fest was called as bit Vellore fest, that fest was conducted every month, but sometimes it's very little time, as it is a good fest, no one was missing the enjoyment in the fest, the overall was good.

Hostel Facilities

There are so many facilities in the college like a library, and etc. The meals were so good, there was non-veg, veg and special items also, registration for a hostel is easy, by giving some documents, the whole hostel was so good.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience:

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

the honest vit review.

Viteee 2021 was held in online mode. there were many cases of cheating because of which the administration then didn't allow zooming in and showed the registration number as the watermark in multiple places. the cutoff went really high as the exam was held before jee and everyone wanted to secure a seat in a good private college. the exam server was v poor it had even crashed in one slot. all the details about the admission fees dates and forms were available on the official site. I am aware of students who are aware of nothing but still are in category 1 in CSE because they cheated and weren't caught, this really boils my blood because even after studying so hard I got category 2. the entrance is usually held offline mode but this was held in online mode and was nothing next to faithfully done....Read More
