Entrance Preview

I admitted in direct second year. after my diploma. I got 62% in Diploma in electrical Engineering. I opt for ACE&T because its in the heart of city.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course structure of RTM Nagpur university is good. In electrical engineering course more focus on power system subject. Control system syllabus was more then any other university located in Maharashtra. Elective subjects are also good and ACE&T also give their student good enough choice for elective subjects.

Internships Opportunities

No, not internship but arrange industrial visits. Now a days what is the scenario that I don't know.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible, I was outside of Maharashtra so i had to pay INR 50,000 per year. Students from Maharashtra had to pay very less amount as compared to outsiders. But the fees for outsiders are feasible and can be paid in installment.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I was not eligible for any scholarship. But my friends from reserve category got their scholarship.

Exam Structure

Exam was conducted in semester pattern. ACE&T also conduction internal exam 20 out of 100 marks are from internal exams. Practical exams of internal as well as external conducted in college lab only. Exams days are very stressful and have to concentrate only on exams.

Admission

I get admission from counselling. ACE&T administration staff help me in admission related work in university also. I read notification in news paper. I got admission forms from college and filled it within college only. I was outsider, means out of Maharashtra so I have to go for open seat and its fees was annual 50,000.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. In recent mind space give place about 12 lpa. Placement percentage is 80 percentage After getting degree my plan is for higher studies.

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

i had seen Companies visiting like Entrata, Airtel, Honeywell etc..... Highest package till now for currently year is 15 lacks. I had also seen students who are doing interships and are placed there only.

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Well form my side I doesn't applied other college for admission that because is my college first thing the college support the muslim minority or consection in tution fees. College for middle class students who can't afford expensive college

I didn't choose this college, it was destiny and I am not that rich. The addmission process was simple i have to crack CET exam and I got some good percentile of that I had around 85 percentile but I couldn't have applied to other colleges because the good colleges are far from my home and there fees are also high. For example if I have applied to GH raisoni I have to pay over 80000 fees and the rest will be scholarship but here I pay 48000 that's the difference it doesn't matter if you have studied hard got good marks the college you decide is always on the basis of money and fees Thats why I am stuck here...Read More

10th pass ,12th from PCM/PCMB the cutoff for admission is very low , it goes up to 60-65 percentile for branches like CSE and AIDS , whereas for Lower branches it sticks to 30-40 percentile or even low .
