The admission process was good enough through cet score and admission took smoothly after verification of documents and admission was done and was able to attend within a week of the process. I think no counseling was arranged as the process I got admission was in the 5th round so there were no cut off marks as such, but admission took place as we arrived
Course Curriculum Overview
This course I chose as power electronics was my field interest The faculty in fcrit Vashi having done phd in IIT and nits has great enthusiasm for teaching to students. Terms were taken on a timely basis according to the Mumbai university's plan and layout. As the board of chairman sir also belongs this fcrit so we use to have a well-planned session as well as exam planning
Internships Opportunities
Internships were not offered for m.e. students during our days, but use to work in our own labs and yes companies do offer a package for around 6 lakhs for ME students. we usually worked for transformerless inverters and their implementation using DSP
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure was around 1lakh and if gate passed then we will get financial assistance through mhrd and for job campus we had TCS company visiting setting creteria of around 60% both in BE and ME and as such for me no scholorship was applied
Campus Life
campus life in fcrit Vashi is very lively both BE and ME Students were coordinating and enjoy each fest in college. The infrastructure for the electrical department as such is new building was on progress during our time. Sports and extracurricular activities mostly b.e. students would take part and not for m.e. students.
