Remarks

1st you need to fillup from online then you need to go with recipent for attending for seat.this collage can give general seat to all.but b.com honour student can get 50 seat.after reviewing mark sheet and school transfer certificate they select which student apply or not.after that they stamp on your hs result and selected.they announce when to come college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Exam were very timely. Maximum teacher good but some give low number.they gave low numbers on internal assessments. They calculate numbers on attendance and student behaviour. Some professor always say that she gave very significant number.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 2021 per year

Internships Opportunities

We don't get offer because of lock down.If not lock down we get something job offer .also we complete 3rd semester and 3 semester remaining. We something get mail from college for syllabus. Not get internship opportunities. We only heard about.

Placement Experience

My graduation not completed. After complete graduation with help of tally i want to job accounting job.in lockdown i forget tally and my number low so i cannot appling for job .i see online excel calculation job .

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont get but my friend gets.Some professor offer they send when company wanted.in college campus timely training student for army or cvic police. Some friends of mine they go for traning ,when they middle of learning they got duty for road ,durga puja pandel ,traffic etc.

Campus Life

We have 2 whatsapp group .1 which have only teacher admin,if you write false thing in group then teacher kick you out.1 only students group.1 Facebook posting group for college. Their admin user share photos of college event ,college garden,professor etc.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

Placement Experience:

At our college placements are good and many core companies or finance and IT are here for placements and intenrships as well. Average placements from what I have checked is around 4-5 lakhs per year for B.Com (Hons) students.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

It's a very good collage and the college stuff is very helpful .The infrastructure is very developed . This collage has a massive amount of books in their library for students. I personally never liked the students union of the college. The teachers of the college is highly trained , educated and friendly. The location of the college is very good , way of Connecting to the college is very easy. The speciality hospital near the college is a very plus point. Good infrastructure and Excellent College
