Gate :- 40, I chose structural engineer, because according to current scenario of technical industry, requirement of good civil is high. Whereas structural engineering is vast field, which allows me to spread my wings according to my desire. This institute is having best doctorate faculty for structural engineering.

Internships Opportunities

No, it's a government institution. It doesn't have that kind of facility. But definitely, Prof. Of this college might help you you to get one. It totally depends on Contacts, connections of the faculty.

Placement Experience

5

My branch comes under CIVIL. Placement record of my branch is definitely awesome. 80%-90% usually gets placed in various companies and industries in clg campus. Whereas remaining people get select in off campus placement. So overall, THUMPS UP for placement record.

College Events

5

Tech fests and cultural fests are usually conducted every year. Technical fests, involves all India level technical events for, all colleges. Whereas, cultural fest is not, totally open for all colleges, usually on fixed days and events, people from other colleges can participate.

Campus Life

4

Gender ratio is not that good. Because usually it is seen that, girls doesn't go for mechanical and civil branch. Whereas in branch like CS and IT you might see female domination. Diversity is definitely their. Due to government of INDIA's rules and regulations you can see the people from North East region and people from central India.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network, is most active network over here. Usually it is seen that, alumni association has started their own scholarship scheme. Under which they are providing financial help to needy student. Guidance lecture and recruitment drive are the common thing, which you can see over here.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is really tough. It's an autonomous institution, so they have their own steadfast rule. Usually every semester, two class tests are being conducted. class test is conducted for 15 marks. 60 marks end semester exam. And remaining 10 marks is of TEACHERS ASSESMENT, which is awarded on basis of your timely assignment submissions and participation in class.

Admission

It's a government institution, so for admission, you have to clear engineering competitive exam, which usually held every year. After that choose this college in your CAP rounds. Then keep eye on CCMT OR GOVERNMENT WEBSITE for schedule of admission procedure. Usually everyone has to pay their fee at the time of admission.
