Remarks

The NIT is considered one of the best institutes for management. I want to know about this Institute from one of the websites known as quora, so I applied for this Institute. The admission process was online and based on your CAT score. To be eligible you must have graduated with at least 50%.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is nice and we got a lot of opportunities to attend webinars and seminars to increase our management skills. The faculty very experienced and all were Ph.D. holders. The faculty-to-student ratio was 1:35. This MBA course is for 2 years with 4 semesters. The exams were relatable harder but I managed to pass with flying colors.

Placement Experience

The placement process starts from the final year of the students. As many as 130 companies visited our college for this program. Almost 80% of Students from MBA gets placed every year. The highest package offered to a student for 48 LPA. Overall average package was 12 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees of MBA in this Institute is one of the lowest in the country, so that many students can afford it. The annual fees of this program were 85000 rupees. This college also supported some of the students with scholarships if they have scored great marks and ranked the College.

Campus Life

Main cultural events and fests were conducted on this campus for us. The campus was very big and Wi-Fi services were available throughout the campus. The library was equipped with all the books required for the students. To take books you have to make your library card by the faculty member. Many seminars and workshops were conducted for management students.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

My sister is an alumnus of this institute, she completed her MBA from here and suggested me to do the same as she had a wonderful experience here and was also able to develop a great relationship with her faculty members. My mother also wanted the same, so considering that they both are very wise, I decided to act on their suggestion. I applied here by paying INR 300 for the online application form.

I have choosen this college because it is of top 5 NITs and i am getting a good branch. I have apllied for remaining top nits also, but i got this for my jee mains rank( i couldn't make to other top nits because may be of lack of good preperation for jee). When compared to remianing NITs, this college has everything that every other NIT also have, the sports facilities here can be improved. Life at NITC by Vimosh Kumar

I wanted to get into Mechanical Engineering in any of the top NIT's so applied for all the NIT's in the NIRF ranking order with mechanical in every college so after the counselling happened to get into NIT Calicut. The admission process is through JoSAA Counselling where students come to the college after getting alloted but before that the student needs to clear the JEE Main Exam to get admitted into the college.
