Remarks

It's the best technical institute in the country and it has a legacy of best career opportunities. It's leading India in the QS world rankings and I have had my cousins share their wonderful experience of the college. There is no better college experience in India than IIT Bombay

Course Curriculum Overview

There are 2 batches of around 70 students each and 1 professor per course they teach. There are also Teaching Assistants for each course to assist the professors. The course load is heavy and passing depends on how much efforts one puts throughout the semester. For getting good grades one has to successfully put in continuous efforts throughout the semester but passing isn't that tough except in some courses.

Placement Experience

For campus placement, the 4th year B.Tech and 5th year Dual Degree are eligible to participate in them. For the list of companies that visit IIT Bombay, that can be found on the internet and IIT Bombay does not disclose the average packages offered.

Campus Life

The life at campus is the best you can have. Absolutely no unnecessary orthodox restrictions on students and the campus never sleeps. There are clubs for everything in the campus, you just name it and they conduct activities throughout the year. The Infrastructure is world class, be it lecture complexes, departments, sports facilities or auditoriums. The hostels could have been better but you adjust in sometime. Also you are totally independent in the campus and you can make your decisions yourself

Hostel Facilities

The fresher hostels and the new hostel 18 are very good as compared to the other senior hostels which are very poor in infrastructure now. Hostel 10 is the girls hostel which is the biggest in the campus and has a very nice Infrastructure. Hostel 12,13,14 are PG hostels which are also in very good conditions and have a lake view from them.

Students become eligible for campus placements in the final year that is 7th semester . A lot of companies visit the campus like TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO etc batch of 2025 got 363 offers . My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.

PG not given any campus you will get a job on your ability. We have to prepare for set net after MSc but there are some companies visited college like Wipro. They provide job but the salary is around 25000 per month.

NICE COLLEGE

Admission:

The college is a merchant navy. Prior to admission, the shipping company selects almost all students in the DNS course. I was selected by a shipping company called MSC through the testing and interview process. MSc advised me to complete my pre-se course from TS Rahman Institute. So visit the company's sponsorship letter. At the reception they gave me an application form and guided me through the entire admission process and fee structure.
