CEE EXAM, the reason to chose the college was that it was my dream to go and study in this college. I also had the option to get into nsit, but i still preferred to get into DCE.

Course curriculum is good and well elaborated for a student to understand the science behind all the subjects and everything which is taught there. You get time for studies and your personal life as well. The course and the professors gave me good insight the engineering of machines and many other things.

No the college doesn't provide internship. We, students have to look for the internship on our own. but that's not a concern. The brand name is able to get you into a good internship.

Placement and jobs are not 2 different things in this context, and if they are, college doesn't have any role to play in your job. But yes the placement standards are better than many colleges. You study well, grasp good knowledge and you can also land up in your dream job.

Only 2 events are celebrated in the college premises. And they are the cultural fest and the freshers party. Apart from these, there are no other official celebration. But who needs official celebration when you are in the hostels. Reminds me of a quote by Mr. Harivansh Bachchan - din me holi, raat diwali, roz manati Madhushala.

No scholarship is offered by the college. But yes there are third party scholarship. If i name, OPJEMS is one of the good scholarship given by the Jindal group.

Campus life is an experience you will carry with you for the lifetime. You are going to miss every second of it, so while you are in there enjoy to every second of it to the maximum. Gender ratio is a problem in fee streams like mechanical and civil and production engineering.

The alumni network and the seniors are very helpful and they support you everywhere you need them to be with you.

Exam structure actually assesses your hold on the subject and your knowledge to apply the same fundamentals in the real world. you can't pass if you aren't prepared. A good study and plan is must to score well in the examination. Scores are a better representative of your knowledge.

After my 12th i dropped out to prepare for the entrance exam as i never studied seriously for my board exams. I prepared for 1 year and i got into my dream college. I preferred to get into an institute ehich prepared me specifically for this college as i never wanted to be lost with the preparing strategy for iitjee

Faculty is very much knowledgeable and focused towards the curriculum and the students. The standards of their teaching and knowledge is much above any other institutions apart from IIT. If engineering is your dream, there is no other place better than DCE.
