End of my College Life.

The college applied by me is IGNOU. IGNOU stands for INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY. The reason for not attending the class is that I'm currently living at Faridabad city. And it takes much time to travel from here to college. No, I am from General Quota. and no special quota is availed by me. BSc (General) Minimum duration. :- 3yrs. Maximum duration :- 6yrs. Minimum age :- No Maximum age :- No Eligibility is 10+2 in Science Or Equivalent. I had not taken any counselling. I just take suggests from students who already passed from it.

I want to do a job in chemical industry after doing MSc. The faculty of the university IGNOU is too good all teachers are of very helping nature. And even the Director sometime come between us and asks about the any problem. Their are nearly 810 faculty members. The teachers of IGNOU are highly qualified and professionalsfrom reputed institutions. They provide us practical and theoratical explanations. They help student to gain knowledge and succeed in their respective career fields..The principal sir also teaches a subject every semesterand clarifies our every doubts. The exams were taken timely at their time. Semester mode students have two times exams and annual mode students have one time in a year.

Companies like KPMG, Nestle, Infosys, Panasonic, etc. are top companies that recruit students. Top roles in B. com are CA, CS, CMA, CPA, FCA, CFA. Nearly 40% of the students got an internship from different courses. Some of the projects are :- 1. IGNOU - UNESCO Gender Training Project. 2. Food - Safety Project.

Students who are pursuing their final Semesterin IGNOU are eligible to participate in the drive IGNOU has a campus placement cell. (CPC) which was established in the year 2005 at its headquarters. The CPC works on the premise that the right candidate meets the right recruiter at the right place. It acts as an interface between the industry and the students or alumni. The CPC conducts various campus placement drives, job fairs, and employability enhancement activities throughout the year at its headquarters, regional centers, study centers, and company premises. The highest salary package offered is about 2-3LPA.average salary package is 80k - 90k. 50-60% of students got placed placements. My plan is to do MSc in Oil and gas chemistry after BSc.

Availability of chemical lab, maths lab, physics lab, Bio labs. Also the library is available. Extracurricular activities are limited to once or none due to lack and minimal execution of funds.
