I gave CAT during my 3rd year of my engineering. I got call from all but ABCL, IIM Indore was the best option for me over all, placement wise, campus infra, facikities, distance from home (although it is a full time course) but you can visit home whenever you get time.

We have a summer internship program, companies come to pick up the students they find can add value.
Placement Experience
Average CTC 12 lacs pa. Various profile, interesting work, both legendary and newbie companies. 100% placement. Maximum as far as I remember was around 35-40 lpa. Big names from various industries came to campus. In pre placement talks they show us what they are and what they require. Then depending upon the process, good or interview rounds happens.
Campus Life
Campus life is both fun and hectic, ups and downs, friends, learnings, different minds living in a ECO space working together. Students from all the religion can be found, umpteen number of societies, live projects, presentations, cultural festivals, guest lectures,meet MD and CEOs of big firms, growth stories. It is not just a degree it's an experience.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is divided into quizzes, group assignments, individual assignments, end terms, which takes place every term. One have to perform good in every one of these, because different weightages are given to marks scored in the assessment tools stated above.
Admission
If you get a call, just wait for the mail, they will give you all the details and schedule of each and everything. Regarding the hostel booking, books collection, orientation. Admission process is very structured.
Faculty
Quality of faculty depend on the quality of student. A good student can learn from anybody. And even the best faculty would sometime to fail teach some of the students. But I guess all the faculties tries to deliver his/hers best.
