GURUKULA KANGARI COLLEGE REVIEW

The college is very good in terms of style but slightly below in terms of placement. I got admission on terms of the national-level exam. As my grades were good enough, my admission process was pretty smooth. in addition to the exam's marks, a minimum of 60% marks was compulsory for getting admission. with the counseling process, several basic questions were asked by the faculty. and all my submitted documents were re-checked by that time. the college staff was very friendly and also they provide me a tour of the college for the time when I first visited there.

I chose b.tech as I was initially attracted to this field. The is a pretty good ratio of around 50:1 for students and the faculty. There is a big campus which is divided in terms of courses and other extra curriculum provided. A big playground is also there; where students often practice for the tournaments. The college also organizes a kabaddi tournament every year to develop the team spirit among the students. once a year a college annual function is also being held by the college. So I believe the college is very good in these terms.

In our college students are eligible for placements only aftter completing the three years. in fourth or last year the companies like BHEL, Tisco ,Wipro visits the campus for placement purpose. They provide around 10LPA as CTC. For internships, there is a criterion for being in the 3rd year. The faculty allows some leverage for the attendence of those who go for internships. In other courses also there are good opportunities for internships and placements. In college students have healthy relations with the scholars, they help the students to understand the needs of different qualities for getting an opportunity for placements.

There are many fests which is conducted in our college. Our annual function also takes place every year on 4th March. In pandemic, this is quite difficult to held one as gatherings are not good for student's health also. The classroom is quite good in size to accommodate around 50-60 students. The rooms are properly ventilated. I am a part of a group named CHARBANIC in which every type of competition related to debate, arts, and other online games is conducted. There is also the provision for games like cricket, volleyball, and many others on our campus.
