College approved the Maharashtra State government scholarship to the students.

Campus Life

The campus life was good. There was no any Ragging from senior students. The senior student was very support-full. the college provide good quality labs instruments, sports facility to the student. In each and every year college gathering the the robotics competition was played.

Exam Structure

The exam structure was nice. There was up to 60 student in each and every exam hall. In each and every exam hall one examiner. Whose responsibility was to distribute question paper, answer sheet, Hall ticket, Hologram sticker to the students. And continuously watch on student.

Admission

I had got admission in this college CAP round through. After declaration of 12th result and CET result I had submit the form for applying the engineering admission. There are three round of CAP such as CAP1, CAP2 & CAP3. I was selected in CAP 1 round.

Faculty

At the first year everyone is new for me including faculty. I was taking some time for adjust in between them, but that time was not more. After some days I had mix in between in all of them. I had got very good teaching faculty. Every was perfect in his/her subject.

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. I had applied to only a few colleges which include COEP which is a Govt. college itself and the second one is MIT college of engineering which is a private college in Pune Maharashtra and the third one is my college in which I am currently pursuing my B.E degree in the fields of Information Technology. I didn't take any Quota because I'm in a general category itself. The admission process is as same as other colleges the cap rounds in which you have to select colleges according to your preferences and marks. Very good college.

I admitted through MHTCET criteria. College is not so far from my hometown. I want to regular with up-down transportation from my home. Fees are in my budget. It has good facilities and faculty. The staffs are also good. Good things- 1. The college has a big playground. 2.have a good library and labs. 3.diversity in students. 4.24 hours free wifi 5.hightech server rooms 6.facilitate mechanical workshop Bad things- 1.drinking water is not available at college you have to go to the canteen for it. 2.less trees on the ground The admission process was simple. When the merit list release you have to submit documents at the college in which you have selected for.after submitting documents you have to go through there processes based on the college system if it is autonomous or other.
