Remarks

MIT B.Tech is one of the best colleges in the aurangabad infact all the courses provided by MIT is good plus helping staffs also there.

Entrance Preview

I had completed Diploma From Govt. Polytechnic of Aurangabad. Then i got admitted in MIT B.Tech. Specially in Aurangabad after Govt college of engg MIT B.Tech is good college in tems of Placements and Staff, So i choose this one.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It is excellent comparing with the syllabus of other Eng college with Mit B.Tech it is very good plus student get implant training at their last sem so that they can get knowledge about the industry area in addition to that chances of getting the same job is also high.

Internships Opportunities

Yes MIT B.Tech provide you the Training which is of 20 weeks equivalent to 5 months topper of the college got selected for the ISRO and rest of the student did their training in TCL, MITSUBISHI, VIDEOCON, BAGLA GROUP, DHOOT GROUP my experience about training was very nice. I learned a lot during training period.

Placement Experience

4

Talking about Placement there is no separate companies are coming for Btech. Students have to compete with 3-4 collages students within the same study because of this chances of getting placed is less. But inplant training is there and because of this 80% of students got opportunities to work in the same company.

College Events

4

Every year there is lot of events students are organizing. I remember one but i am unable to recollect its name in that event different competition was organised like GK test, robo race, treasure hunt and so on.Event was 3 day long like this every branch of MIT organised the events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

During my time fees was 65000 you can paid fees by any mode by loan m by cash, by DD. if any ones financial condition is not good that students got extra time from college stiff i mean they paid fees in installment the student from caste they got the reservation if they taken admission by govt process.

Fees and Financial Aid

Sorry i am not aware of it there was a facility of scholarship which is provided by govt to the students.

Campus Life

4

Campus life was very very good cultural Program of MIT are known to city. MITs Gathering is one of the biggest and fadu gathering in the aurangabad. Near About equal girls and boys in the college might be girls are greater than boys as all know girls are ready to break all the records,

Hostel Facilities

4

Actually i am not from Hostel and i don't even seen the rooms of hostel but i can tell my friend experience. Moderate level room are there in one room 3-4 girls was living. and its depend on the capacity of the room talking about FOOD it was good fees of the hostel was near about 75000 in my time.

Alumni/Alumna

In MIT on every 26th jan that is on our independence day college is organized Alumni meet and outside the campus alumni like Parley sir organised the meet.

Exam Structure

Examination sturure are 70% are simlilar with all engg college there are 8 semester over all as i am Direct second year student i only had 6 semester. B.Tech college are always one semester above all the engg college because in the 8th sem students have to go to training each semester is having practical plus written exam. Some papers are only base on grading. some sub only have written exams.

Admission

I had applied this college for direct second year as i had completed the dilpoma earlier i had been applied throgh Cap round. Near about in july-aug 2012 notice was out talking about Administration it was superb all staff was very helpful through out the whole process of the admission.

Faculty

5

100% of the faculty of the college are the PG holder from the recognize institute and some of those are also PHD holder. It was Great honor to learn under them some of are from the core lectureship back ground and some of the from Industry back ground.

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. CIA like case studies, presentations, and assignments encourage hands on learning. However, in some programs, there is a still heavier focus on the theory, so students must actively seek extra learning resources
