I completed my madhyamik from the West Bengal board, I thought of doing automobile engineering form Sur institute of technology and sports complex (SurTech). This college is very renowned college and one of the best private engineering colleges I have heard. So I decided to join this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was very interested in automobile engineering and I really want to know more about this industry and I was really looking forward to build make career in this industry.A few of my relatives also studied automobile engineering from this college so I knew that suit institute of technology and sports complex is one of the best. The properties of this college is highly qualified and takes a very good care of us, the faculty and student ratio is 1 : 20. The studying procedure and frequent examination help us very much in our progress.JIS group has also opened its own LMS portal so that it will be very easy for us to study and the regular exams can also be conducted. The slot exams are taken to the IIT semester
Internships Opportunities
The college provides various internship opportunities from INTERNSHALA, along with that we have registered ourselves in AICTE- TULIP portal for other opportunities also. Sofia the internship opportunities available at our college
Placement Experience
From 6th semester onwards the students are eligible for placement and our college also prepare as with many functions such as debate competition, English speaking could also provide and group discussion will be very easy for which we have to face in jobs. The quality is also tied up with Hyundai so we can also be placed there and other companies are:- REPOSE ENERGY, TATA AIG , SIGMA ELECTRIC, BYJUS , SKH METALS. the placement record of our college is good, nearly 80% to 85%
Fees and Financial Aid
As this college is situated in dumdum area as per the mode of transport is very cheap and easy. The railway is also near as well as the metro station. Fees and fee structure of this college is good in in compared to other colleges. In diploma my total fees are 1,35,000 which is actually very decent amount.and they also provide many scholarships such as Swami Vivekananda merit-cum-means scholarship,Aikashree, and Oasis Scholarship
Campus Life
In March and April to fests happen, annamacharya annual techfest, Mathan is conducted. but in this year we cannot conduct it physically but we have conducted it on a virtual platform. Our college provides a lot of books apart from the books that are in the syllabus if you want to know about any other topic you can also come to our library in search of that book. independent which situation JIS group have also provided the student with the ebook and they have also provided the students books physically and conducted a ceremony known as a library on wheels.
