Remarks

The college I applied for admission to is rishi m.s institute of engineering. The admission process was the total fee is 69000. But half of the fee will be paid by govt. And I have selected this college via counseling of my exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

The reason behind choosing the course is that I was very interested in this course. The faculty members are too supportive of the students and every faculty member separately encourages the students in every activity. The qualification of each faculty is about 10-15 years. The teaching method of faculty is too good and easily understandable.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 22000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Name some companies that visit our campus is Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and so on. Till now the highest stipend on our campus is 9lakh per annum. Coming to the projects and tasks.I didn't start that because still I am pursuing 2nd year.

Placement Experience

From the 3rd year onwards students get eligible for campus placements. The different types of companies visit our college for placement.90% of students getting placed on our campus. My plan after getting my degree is to getting placed in a good company

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees were not that affordable. And I am getting a scholarship through counseling. Still, I am continuing my studies and I didn't place in any job. Because still, I am pursuing 2nd year of my course. The placements will start from the 3rd year of my course.

Campus Life

The life on campus till now is too good. Coming to the fest in our college ..freshers day and it was conducted in September 2019, and the annual day was conducted in March 2020. Our college Library consists of all types of books. Our campus provides the best in every activity of sports.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I felt that entire curriculum needs to be changed, since there are many useless subjects that are irrevalant to software engineering in CSE. I also felt subjects like c,c++, java needs to be replaced with python and web development subject should be replaced with something like nextjs. Initially I thought the syllabus and curriculum was good untill 3rd year of my Btech degree. The curriculum of jntuh is outdated in terms of real world. Teaching methods are ok though it needs minor improvements in some areas. The frequency of exams is same, you get semester exams and supply exams , you will have more chances to clear you backlogs, my advice is to clear backlogs in same year or try not getting any backlogs in engineering. timing of exams is usually after every 6 months out of which we usually have 180 or more working classes days. And in between we get sundays, holidays,events and other things. Semester exams are difficult especially subjects like mathematics or electronic subjects like ADE, which is irrelavant to CS.

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

Placement Experience:

After the third year or 6th Semester you can take part in placements. There has been a lack of companies visiting this year. So far Infosys, accenture, cognizant, LSEG, Verisk have come for placements. The details are unknown to all the people but the highest package yet has been around 16-20 LPA. The Percentage of students getting placed is less compared to previous years around 20-30%

Unveiling Excellence- My Experience at IIT Hyderabad

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements Various companies like Google, Microsoft, Amaazon, Facebook, Uber, Ola, visisted and made around 300 offers in total, The highest package offered was 90LPA to a student from CSE and the avg Package was around 20 LPA Around 50% of the students got the placement this year. My plans after getting this degree would be moving abraod for a Masters Degree.
