NSUT - my college

I have cleared jee-main with 97.2 percentile in 2020, and then I filled JAC Delhi form to get admission to Delhi engineering colleges. As I m a general category so there is not any quota. To get admission to Delhi college you have to get 96+ percentile in the general category. So, I got admission to NSUT by JAC Delhi and yes there is three days of counselling where they provide all information about the college, placement, infrastructure etc.

So, I want to tell you that I opted for mechanical engineering because after graduated from mech you can get private as well as government job after mechanical engineering. You can also go for a gate exam to get a job in PSU's. The faculty of my college are great and awesome because all are PhDs. And they take everyone doubt and also their nature is too good. The student ratio is 2:1. There is regular test such as short test, long test, mod term and end term, and the difficulty of the test is moderate to difficult.

As I am in my 1 year so I don't know much about an internship but after talking from my senior I came to this conclusion that the internship from NSUT is a very good student get an internship from big companies with a good stipend and also I will go for placements on my 2-3 year to get more and more knowledge.

From 7 semester students become eligible for placement and also can do an internship for 2 and 3 years. 170+ companies visited last year in NSUT such as apple, Google, Schlumberger, uber etc. and more than 300+ offers made. And to my knowledge, the highest package is 1.25 crore and the lowest is 4 lacs. 100% of students get placed from tech branches and 85% of students gets placed from core branches. And my dream is to get placement from college with a good salary.

The fees structure for breach student are as follows:- 1 year-190000 2 year-201000 3 year-213000 4 year-229000 Yes, there is a lot of scholarship for students such as merit cum scholarship for sc and st students and also for those students who got jee-main rank less than 2000 and also for those who get good cgpa in 1 year.

There are many fests in NSUT such as moksha the annual fest and which is conducted in the month of may-June. And the central library of NSUT is so big which contain more than 2lacs+ books and also students can take books from the library for studies. In my college, there is a cricket ground, football ground, kabbadi ground, basketball ground and also indoor games such as chess, carrom, gym, badminton and table tennis. And the groups in my college are Pragya, iosad, CodeChef , finance club etc.
