Remarks

I chose this college beacuse I was selected in this college and I had no other college to get into at that time due to my rank in JEE Mains. Also, the college is rank 2nd Best Engineering College in Haryana. The admission process is smooth to get into the university. But you have to do every bit of hardwork and smart work in order to get good scores in the university. You have to focus on self-development and also have to self-initiative if you want to learn and grow in the field of technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course Curiculum is not that good to survive in the market. You have to work extra if you want to learn the subjects you want to make career in. For instance- I had one subject called Expert Systems that was nothing but the very basic version of Artificial Intelligence. If you want to dive in the subjects you have to take the leap. The faculty is highly qualified and if you are interested in learning more, faculty is quite helpful to provide you with the material, right guidance. The student ratio was quite less in my class. It was 20 girls in the class of 75. But if you are taking IT or CS, then the ratio is 50:50. The exams are on time. It is not at all difficult to pass the exams. All you need is to prepared well.

Internships Opportunities

4

Yes, we have an internship semester where we have to get industry exposure. I got internship for the role of Marketing. I got internship off-campus because the company and the role offered was in my favor.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement cell provides opportunities for getting placed via campus. Companies start visiting the campus from 5th Semester, for internships first and then for full-time job offers. The placement goes till the end of 8th Semester. The average package offered is between 3-5LPA if you are from electronics background. Students from CS, IT and mechanical can expect an average package of 14LPA from the campus placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees at JC BOSE UST, YMCA is quite low as compared to other colleges. But it too depends upon the kind of course you are choosing. When I enrolled, it was INR 40,000 for Btech. And now it has increased alot to 45-50K per semester. Also, if you are enrolling for the courses like mass media, designing etc. then you can expect to pay INR 1 Lac a semester for the same. The college also provide financial aid to the students from weaker sections of the society. You have to apply for it. It also provides scholarship and reward money to the topper of the class. You can also expect companies visiting the campus. The number of companies visiting the campus is more for CS, IT, and Mechanical. For Electronics there are way less companies visiting.

Campus Life

3

The Life at Campus is sober. There are many clubs to take part in. Annual fest, Tech Fests are organised and regualr activities keep on happening in the campus. Various seminars and workshops are being help regularly at the campus which makes it a vibrant place to learn and grow.

Admission

No, The selection for engineering is solely based on the rank and marks secured in JEE-Mains. If you opting for any other course such as Msc, MBA then you have to go through their National Entrance Tests such as IIT-JAM, CAT respectively.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are available for the students in the final year, and the university provides support through internships, training sessions, and placement drives. Various companies, law firms and corporate organisations visit the campus for recruitment. The average package is moderate depends on the student's skills, academic performance , and internship experience. My plan after completing the LL.B course is to pursue an LL.M. to specialise in my area of interest and further strengthen my legal knowledge and career prospects.

Placement Experience:

As the program has been approved by CoA and puts emphasis on modern software applications such as BIM, our portfolios look fabilous. Moreover, the career office keeps helping us to enhance our CVs and improve the quality of our work. When i graduate, i won't be limited to basic drafting jobs. Graduates move into cool fields like urban planning, green building copnsulting, or real estate mangament. Having all those options on the table makes life way less stressful.

Placements at KR Mangalam University are decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys visit the campus. The average package is around 3-5 LPA, with the highest going higher depending on skills. Around 60-70% of students get placed. After completing the course, i plan to improve my skills and aim for better job opportunities or higher studies

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.
